Our Current Roles

Aviation Manager

As an Aviation Manager, the successful candidate will control all operational elements of aviation, manage the aviation team, concierge delivery and monitor and analyse the performance of the team in order to identify when and where to improve in order to maximise profitability of the department as a whole.

Operations Executive

The role is based in the UK but will expedite our operational delivery across all of our markets. We are looking for an individual who has the required passion, skill and experience across all areas of Operations, but just as important, who can deliver excellent results in a fast changing and entrepreneurial business.

Global Customer Support Administrator

The Global Customer Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring the customer journey is perfect along with protecting the liabilities of the business.  The successful candidate will be highly driven and keen to prove themselves in an entrepreneurial business.


Customer Support Advisor

To be the first, after sales point of contact for customers who have purchased a holiday with Imagine Cruising, processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about their holiday. The Customer Support Advisor must be able to deliver high levels of customer service in a timely way, and is expected to continue to develop the existing relationships we have with our customers.
