Your Itinerary

There’s more than a hint of opulence about Arcadia, a mid-sized cruise ship exclusively for adults. She’s full of features that are tailored for relaxation and pampering. Chic yet classic, Arcadia boasts extravagant surroundings including stylish corridors, signature glass-fronted lifts and an enviable collection of 3,000 works of British fine art. Foodies will love the main two-tiered restaurant, Marco Pierre White's Ocean Grill serving succulent steaks and seafood, and Atul Kochhar's fusion cuisine in East. Guests looking for indulgence will appreciate the expansive Oasis Spa with thermal suite and hydro-pool with fragrant aromatic showers, while culture-seekers will enjoy visiting the art gallery, the three-tiered theatre and boutique cinema.

Ålesund is one of Norway’s most beautiful towns, renowned for its Jugend style architecture and art nouveau style. Alesund’s layout is unique as it is built on islands stretching out into the sea with scenic views of the fjords and Sunnmore Alps. This is the perfect destination for hikers, bird-watchers and people who appreciate natural beauty.

Akureyri is set in stunning scenery filled with charm and a thriving arts scene. The frosted scene is set on some of Iceland’s most beautiful fjords and scattered with quaint churches and magnificent waterfall. For history visit the old town where you will see the first school, hospital and theatre, the first two storey buildings built in Iceland. For more spectacular beauty visit the natural spa near Lake Myvatn.

Isafjord is a fishing port surrounded by stunning landscapes and mountain ranges reflecting from the deep blue waters. The Jonsgardur Park provides spectacular views and the unique arch, made out of whalebone. The Old Hospital is a cultural centre, housing an art gallery and a library. Take a boat trip to the neighbouring island of Vigur for views of a large colony of Eider ducks which farmers harvest to make a living. The town offers numerous shops and restaurants for a day spent relaxing and stocking up.

This trendy city is full of great museums and galleries, fantastic restaurants, cosy cafés and a vibrant music and arts scene. Outdoor geothermal swimming pools are an important part of Icelandic culture and a great place to socialise with the locals. Get in touch with nature by going horse riding or whale watching.

Belfast was an Industrial giant in the 19th Century, famed for its linen and its shipyards which of course produced the fateful Titanic. When exploring this exuberant city you can see the vividly painted murals on the houses or take in the majestically Giants Causeway, Northern Irelands most popular tourist attraction.
